Q: What is your style?

A: Sarah Luther Photography specializes in photojournalism with a taste of traditional photography. We tell the story of your special day, focusing on every aspect of the experience including emotions and all of the intricate details, as well as capturing beautiful moments as they unfold. While we love the naturalness of photojournalism, we also feel it is important to incorporate elements of traditional photography, such as posed pictures like family portraits.

Q: What equipment do you use?

A: Sarah Luther Photography utilizes Canon Digital SLR cameras and top-of-the-line Canon L series lenses. We also use various specialized lenses such as a fish-eye or macro to capture unique shots of the location, group, or of special details.

Q: How soon after the wedding will we see our photographs?

A: Since we go through an extensive process of sorting through and re-touching your images it may take up to 3 months until you see the finished photos.

Q: How should we dress for our engagement session?
-
A: The clothing that you chose to wear for your engagement session should match the location; for example, a beach setting would warrant more casual attire, and a city setting more dressy attire. It is preferable if you wear outfits that match each other. Solid colors tend to work the best in photographs as patterns can sometimes be distracting.
